1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Nemo Dive Club.
• Reservations may require a deposit to secure the booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the activity, course, or package unless otherwise agreed.

2. Certification & Experience Requirements

• Certified divers must present a valid diving certification card and proof of recent diving experience upon request.
• Divers participating in advanced activities must hold the appropriate certification level and experience required for the activity.
• Nemo Dive Club reserves the right to refuse participation if a diver’s certification, experience, or skills are deemed insufficient for a particular activity.

3. Medical Fitness

• All participants must complete a medical questionnaire prior to diving.
• If required by PADI standards or local regulations, a physician’s approval must be provided before participation.
• Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect their ability to dive safely.

4. Equipment

• Divers using rental equipment are responsible for returning it in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Any loss, damage, or negligence resulting in equipment repair or replacement may be charged to the participant.
• Dive and dive package prices do not include equipment rental unless otherwise stated.
• Course prices include equipment rental during training unless otherwise specified.

5. Training Courses

• All PADI courses are conducted according to current PADI Standards and Procedures.
• Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all required academic, confined water, and open water performance requirements.
• Course materials, eLearning products, certification fees, and PIC processing fees may not be included unless specifically stated.

6. Diving Activities

• Divers must follow all instructions given by Nemo Dive Club staff, instructors, divemasters, boat crew, and management.
• Unsafe behavior, failure to follow dive plans, or disregard for safety procedures may result in termination of diving activities without refund.
• Nemo Dive Club reserves the right to modify dive sites, schedules, or activities due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

7. Transportation

• Complimentary transportation will be provided within any area of Sharm El Sheikh.
• Pickup and drop-off times must be respected.
• Nemo Dive Club is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Marine Environment Protection

• Divers must respect the marine environment at all times.
• Touching, collecting, damaging, feeding, or harassing marine life is strictly prohibited.
• Divers must maintain proper buoyancy control to avoid damaging coral reefs and marine habitats.
• Any fines imposed by local authorities due to a participant’s actions shall be the participant’s sole responsibility.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Diving Activities

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to charges.

Courses

• PADI eLearning materials, manuals, certification fees, and registration fees are non-refundable once issued or activated.
• Training already completed cannot be refunded.

No-Shows

• Failure to attend a scheduled activity without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payments made.

10. Force Majeure

Nemo Dive Club shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Port closures
• Political events
• Health emergencies
• Transportation disruptions

11. Photography & Media

• Photos and videos taken by Nemo Dive Club staff during activities may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless the participant requests otherwise in writing.
• Participants remain responsible for informing the Dive Club if they do not wish to appear in promotional materials.

12. Liability

• Scuba diving and water activities involve inherent risks.
• Participants are required to sign all applicable liability releases, assumption of risk agreements, and safe diving practices statements prior to participation.
• Nemo Dive Club shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond its control except where required by applicable law.

13. Governing Rules

• All activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.
• PADI training programs are conducted in accordance with current PADI Standards and Procedures.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, enrolling in a course, participating in any diving activity, or using services provided by Nemo Dive Club, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
