1. Do I need to be a professional diver to join the trips?

No, you don’t! Most of our trips offer options for both beginners and certified divers. Introductory dives always include full guidance and supervision by our professional instructors.

2. What should I bring on the trip?

Bring your swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and good vibes! All diving/snorkeling equipment is provided by the club unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Are hotel transfers included?

Yes, free two-way transfers are included from all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. Just share your hotel name and room number during booking.

4. What’s included in the trip price?

Most trips include transportation, diving/snorkeling equipment, lunch, soft drinks, and guidance by certified instructors. Please check the “What’s Included” section for each trip for full details.

5. Can I take photos or videos underwater?

Of course! You can bring your own camera or request our professional photographer to capture your underwater memories (extra charge may apply).

6. Is there an age limit?

Children above 6 years old can join snorkeling trips. Diving is allowed from 10 years old with parental consent.

7. How do I book a trip?

You can easily book through our website or contact us directly via WhatsApp. A small deposit may be required to secure your spot.

8. What if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first! In case of bad weather or sea conditions, the trip will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

9. Can I pay online?

Yes! We offer multiple secure payment options including online payment, card, or cash at the diving center.

10. What’s the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. For last-minute cancellations, please contact us directly to discuss options.
