Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nemo Dive Club

We understand that plans change. Our policy ensures fairness and clarity for all guests.

1. Cancellations by the Guest

• 48+ hours before the trip: Full refund
• Less than 48 hours: 50% refund
• No-show without notice: No refund

2. Cancellations by Nemo Dive Club

If weather or safety conditions require cancellation:

• You receive 100% full refund
  or
• Free rescheduling to another date

3. Courses

• If a student is unable to complete the course for personal reasons, remaining sessions may be rescheduled.
• Refunds for partially completed courses are not offered due to instructor allocation and course materials.
